A Brief gives you direction. The Advisory Brief keeps you on it. Each month you get time with someone who already knows your business, to work through decisions, review what you’re about to put out into the world, and stay focused on what matters.

Two 60-minute strategy sessions a month
Email or video support, replies within 2 business days
Review of up to 2 documents or pieces of material a month
A short recap after each session, with decisions and next steps
A quarterly priority reset

The Engagement
01 — ALIGN
We revisit your Brief, confirm your priorities, and set what you want to accomplish over the next three months.
02 — PREPARE
Before each session, you send a short check-in so we spend our time on the decisions that matter most.
03 — ADVISE
We meet twice a month to work through decisions, review your materials, and give direction you can act on. Between sessions, you have email, phone, or video support.
04 — RESET
Each quarter, we review progress against your Brief, adjust priorities, and decide what comes next.

When something needs doing, not just deciding, we can scope it as implementation support, by quote. It’s quoted as a separate project, so your monthly advisory stays focused on strategy and decisions.

3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Billed monthly in advance. Unused sessions and support hours don’t roll over.
Limited availability to keep the work focused.
